Prayer times in Karachi

Local timetable guidance

Hanfia Alamgir Jamia Masjid Trust identifies its location in Landhi, Karachi and dates its service to 1956. Its official site describes congregational worship, Jamia Saleem education and social welfare. The welfare description includes food distribution, support for needy families, orphan assistance and a community morgue. The mosque also advertises weekly Naat gatherings and religious learning programmes. These concrete institutional features provide a Karachi-specific factual basis without importing unsupported claims about the whole city's religious population. Published schedules and programme availability are left to the live source rather than asserted as permanent facts here. GeoNames records Karachi under PK with the IANA time zone Asia/Karachi. Its published populated-place coordinates are the geographic reference for this entry, not a surveyed mosque location.

Common questions

Are these the mosque's official times?

No. These are calculations from city-centre coordinates. Mosque timetables may use different angles, adjustments and congregation times. Follow your local mosque.

Why can Asr times differ?

The Hanafi and majority shadow-length conventions give different Asr calculations. Choose the convention used by your local community; this tool does not give a ruling.

Are Ramadan dates confirmed?

No. The Umm al-Qura calendar supplies an estimated start for planning. Local moon sighting and official announcements determine the observed dates.

Is my location or timetable choice stored?

No. This tool uses a selected public city, not your private location. Selections remain on this page and are not saved to a member account.
